Alex Halliwell

Alex first began planning for IPSA in late 2005, after successfully completing a training contract, and qualifying as a Solicitor at Maidments Solicitors in Manchester City Centre.

IPSA was founded in January 2006. Alex envisaged IPSA as a dynamic agency service to Criminal Law firms struggling to deal with the workload of clients both at the Police Station and Court. Alex initially obtained his degree in Law and Business, deciding to focus on the Legal profession as it was an area he found both challenging and exciting.

Alex is a fully accredited Police Station Advisor, and has extensive experience in providing advice and assistance to those being interviewed under caution by the police. Alex has provided advice in high profile cases including "gangland executions", and has represented clients for all manner of serious offences.

Alex covers most of the GMP area, and has a focused workload in the North/East Manchester area. Alex also covers South and West Manchester, Preston and Bolton if required

Graham Rawlinson

Graham joined IPSA in early 2006 after working as a Legal Clerk, and Trainee Solicitor at Maidments Solicitors in Manchester, and Pluck Andrew & Co Solicitors in Tameside. Prior to working at the above firms, Graham obtained his Law Degree at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Graham is a fully accredited Police Station Advisor and has provided expert advice in criminal cases for 8 years, encompassing the complete spectrum of Criminal Offences, from Public Order offences, to grave crimes including Murder, serious Sexual Offences, and recently Conspiracy to Cause Explosions. Graham has also been involved in, and advised clients in several high profile public cases.

Graham primarily covers police stations in South and East Manchester, and will travel as far afield as Huddersfield, Buxton and Middlewich.

In his spare time Graham enjoys following his beloved, yet beleaguered Stockport County FC, Fishing,Web Design(ahem) and reading.
